A factory-assembled residential glass unit skylight in a thermally broken, heliarc welded 6063-T5 aluminum frame with an integral condensate channel and Santoprene gaskets, offered fixed or with a manual or electric opening mechanism. Insulated glass units run from 5/8 in. to 1-3/16 in. thick with a tempered outer lite and laminated inner lite, in clear, white, bronze or grey with optional Low-E, in model sizes from 1414 to 4848 and 3859. It is curb mounted or self-flashing with a 2-3/4 in. nailing flange, and flat glass models need a minimum 3:12 pitch. The maker lists a 10-year material and workmanship warranty.
