KingSeam is an insulated standing seam roof panel system from Kingspan Insulated Panels, a one-piece panel with a PIR insulation core between exterior and interior faces, joined by field-seamed, hidden-fastener side seams. Panels are 40 inches wide, 3.25, 4, 5 or 6 inches thick and 8 to 50 feet long, with 26, 24 or 22 gauge faces, and the data sheet lists use on roof slopes as low as 1/4:12 (1/2:12 where endlaps are required) and R-values of 23.1 to 42.6 per ASTM C518 at 75 degrees F. It lists FM 4880 Class 1 fire, FM 4471 wind uplift Class 1-60, 1-90, 1-105 and 1-135 RoofNav assemblies (3.25 to 6 inch panels), ULC-S126, ASTM E1592, ASTM E1680 and ASTM E1646 results. Kingspan states a 2-year standard material and workmanship warranty and up to 20 years standard finish warranty.
