Kingspan GreenGuard Roofing Cover Board is a 3/8 inch extruded polystyrene (XPS) cover board from Kingspan Insulation LLC for re-roofing with mechanically attached and ballasted single-ply membranes, supplied as 4 by 50 foot fanfold bundles. It is offered as PB6 (green, for EPDM and TPO), PB6W (white surface, for EPDM, TPO and PVC) and PB6HD (high-density XPS core with heavy-duty facers, for EPDM, TPO and PVC), each with an R-value of 1.5 per ASTM C518 and a Class A flame spread per ASTM E84 / UL 723. The line sheet lists Intertek CCRR 1022, Florida Product Approval, a Miami-Dade NOA and UL Classification R11183. Kingspan Insulation publishes a 20-year limited thermal warranty for it.
