Kennedy's tubular skylights, with a high-impact acrylic dome on a stress- absorbing aluminum collar, seamless commercial-grade aluminum flashing, a silver-coated aluminum light pipe of 98% total reflectivity and prismatic or soft white ceiling diffusers. There are three mountings: pitched roof (10, 13 and 18 in. kits: 10KPF, 13KPF, 18KPF) for shingle, metal, shake and tile roofs, and flat roof (10KFF to 21KFF) and curb mount (10KFCM to 21KFCMF) for roofs up to 2:12 such as modified bitumen, built-up, rubber, vinyl and foam, in 10, 13, 18 and 21 in. kits covering up to 150, 300, 500 and 700 sq ft. Flashings come powder-coated black or bronze or mill finish. Accessories include a dimmer, solar LED and electric light kits, an exhaust vent kit for the 10 in. model, extensions, a turret and a tile skirt. Kennedy's pages call the series hurricane tested and approved, Florida Building Code approved and ICC-ES listed (no report number is printed) and give a limited lifetime warranty.
