Products / Kennedy CMG Curb Mount Glass Skylights

Kennedy's fixed glass skylight for a pre-built wood or metal curb, made 1 in. larger than the outside curb so it laps the flashing, with a powder- coated bronze .062 in. welded extruded aluminum sash, condensation gutter and foam tape gasket. It comes in 9 standard sizes with tempered (TCMG) or high-impact (ICMG) LoE-240 argon-filled glass, and Kennedy says the sizes suit replacement of other makers' skylights, including Velux. The MD-ICMG model is listed under Miami-Dade NOA #25-0718.04 for all HVHZ zones with a design pressure rating of +/-60 psf, large missile impact and a solar heat gain coefficient of 0.22. Kennedy's AC and ACW aluminum curbs are optional. The page gives 25 years on the insulated glass against seal failure and 10 years against defects in workmanship and materials.
