KEMPEROL 1K AQUA is a single-component, water-based, hybrid elastomeric roof maintenance coating for extending the life of existing roofs, applied by spray, brush or roller over metal roofs, single-ply membranes, modified bitumen and other approved surfaces, either unreinforced or reinforced with KEMPEROL polyester fleece. The maker's page describes it as ponding-water resistant and Title 24 reflectivity compliant, and its technical data sheet states that the unreinforced coating complies with ASTM D6083, Type I, reports an initial SRI of 110 for its white finish, and lists 300 psi tensile strength and 220 percent initial elongation at a 20 mil dry film thickness.
