A galvanized steel roof hatch for permanent roof access from inside a building, for roof inspection and servicing rooftop equipment. The product page describes a push-button lock release on the front face of the cover in place of an exterior handle, wide gasketing for the cover to curb seal, heavy gauge stiffeners in the cover, rounded edges, and an EPA approved electrostatic paint finish. Standard sizes are 24 x 36, 30 x 36, 30 x 54 and 30 x 96 in., with shipping weights of 135 to 335 lb; larger openings are made to order. It is the same design as the aluminum KRHA.
