Karnak 78 Cold Process Cement is a bituminous adhesive sealant for applying and repairing rolled roofing and bituminous single-ply membranes. The maker lists it for use in its P-21 and P-22 cold process roofing systems and with coated fiberglass felts and base sheets from other makers. Its product page lists ASTM D3019 Type III, ASTM D4479 Type I and SS-A-649d, with a VOC of 250 g/L maximum. It is black, sold in 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails.
