Karnak 501 Elasto-Brite is a premium co-polymer elastomeric, 100 percent acrylic emulsion roof finish coat for aged BUR, granular and smooth modified bitumen and other roofs, applied over Karnak base coats such as 405 Bond-N-Shield, 406 Tru-Grip and 404 Corrosion Proof Base. Its product data sheet states it meets ASTM D-6083 Type I and reports 63 percent solids by weight and 53 percent by volume, 237 percent elongation and 259 psi tensile strength, an initial solar reflectance of 0.86 and an initial SRI of 109. White and Portland Gray are standard colors, with specialty colors available in minimum orders of 350 gallons.
