Karnak 406 Tru-Grip is an acrylic elastomeric emulsion base coat for adhesion to weathered TPO, PVC, Hypalon, EPDM, new foam, rust-free metal and concrete, with a bleed blocker for smooth built-up and modified bitumen roofs. The maker states TPO, PVC and Hypalon should have weathered at least four years before coating. Its product page states it meets ASTM D6083 Type I for use as a base coat only and lists it as Miami-Dade approved. It is light green, sold in 275 gallon totes, 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails.
