Karnak 298 Alumin-R is a single component, SBS rubber modified asphalt reflective coating formulated with aluminum pigment. The maker lists it for APP and SBS modified bitumen membranes, built-up roofs aged 90 days, spray polyurethane foam, sloped concrete, metal and mobile home roofs, and cured Karnak emulsion coatings. Its product page lists Cool Roof Rating Council values of 0.68 initial and 0.61 three-year solar reflectance and an SRI of 69 initial and 59 three-year, with 300 percent elongation by ASTM D412.
