Karnak 13 Plastic Cement is a trowel-grade composition of selected asphalts, mineral fillers and refined solvents, offered in summer and winter grades. The maker lists it for repairing leaks in shingle, concrete, metal and asphalt roofs and flashings at walls, chimneys, flues and downspouts. Its product page lists ASTM D4586 Type I Class I and Class II, SS-C-153 Type I (non-asbestos) and a VOC of 250 g/L maximum. It is sold in 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails.
