Figure 1015 is Smith's large general purpose roof drain with an adjustable extension: the combined flashing clamp and gravel stop of its 15-1/4 in. diameter drain spins on a threaded extension sleeve so the drain can be set on site for roofs 1-1/4 in. to 4 in. thick with up to 2-3/4 in. of insulation. The product page gives a Duco coated cast iron body and flange assembly under a polyethylene dome strainer, caulk, no-hub or threaded bottom outlets, and variants for 8 in. pipe, a stainless steel mesh dome, a fixed-height extension and a roof deck plate.
