The PermaFlash System is an integrated liquid-applied flashing system for bituminous roofing, made up of PermaFlash Primer (a low-VOC, one-part solvent- based primer), MBR Flashing Cement (a two-part urethane-based base and activator that cures to an elastomeric film) and PermaFlash Scrim. The data sheet (RS-4094, 6-23) prints 3.9 gallon base pails, boxes of six 32 oz primer bottles, 12 inch by 300 foot scrim rolls, a kit of four 28.7 oz cartridges with scrim and primer, and cement coverage of 20 to 25 square feet per gallon. It lists a guarantee of up to 30 years over any bituminous roofing system.
