MBR Cold Application Adhesive is a one-part, black, elastomeric cold-applied membrane adhesive for adhering roofing plies, modified bitumen membranes and aggregate surfacings, usable as a direct substitute for asphalt in all JM modified bitumen membrane specifications. The data sheet (RS-4166, 1-20) says it meets ASTM D3019 Type III Grade 2 and lists 4.7 gallon pails, 53 gallon drums and 340 gallon totes, coverage of 50 to 70 square feet per gallon, and a maximum VOC of 211 g/l.
