JM TPO Water Based Membrane Adhesive is a one-part, water-based adhesive for adhering JM TPO membranes to approved insulations, cover boards and concrete; it is bright blue when wet and dark green when ready to adhere. The data sheet (RS-7823, 9-23) gives a calculated VOC under 10 g/l, 5 gallon pails, a one-sided coverage of 140 to 220 square feet per gallon, application above 40 degrees F and rising for 48 hours, and says availability is limited from October 1 to April 15.
