JM TPO-SA is Johns Manville's 60-mil reinforced TPO membrane with a factory-applied adhesive, adhered without added VOC-containing adhesives or primers. The data sheet (RS-8971, 4-25), which the product page labels the cold-weather version, says it bonds from 20 degrees F and rising on approved horizontal substrates without extra preparation, meets or exceeds ASTM D6878, has 0.027 inch over the scrim, ships in 10 by 100 foot rolls from Scottsboro, Alabama, has a 12-month shelf life, comes in white and grey, and gives a white initial solar reflectance index of 95 (85 aged). It lists a Peak Advantage product guarantee of up to 20 years.
