JM TPO CleanSheet is Johns Manville's 60 mil reinforced TPO membrane supplied with a removable protective film that may be left in place for up to 90 days after installation and is removed when the roofing system is complete. The data sheet (RS-9434) says it meets or exceeds ASTM D6878, prints 0.027 inch over the scrim, 5 by 100 foot and 10 by 100 foot rolls made in Scottsboro, Alabama, and an initial solar reflectance index of 95 (85 aged). It lists Peak Advantage product guarantee terms of 5, 10, 15 or 20 years.
