JM SP Liquid Flashing TPO and PVC Primer is a single-component, solvent-based, light yellow primer for JM TPO and PVC (KEE and SD Plus) membranes in the JM SP Liquid Flashing system. The data sheet (RS-5640, 4-24) gives a VOC of 818 g/l as applied and 0.12 gallon metal cans, with a flash-off that begins within 5 minutes.
