JM SP Liquid Flashing Resin is a two-component, polyurethane-based, solvent-free, cold-applied white liquid flashing that, with JM primers and scrim, forms a reinforced flashing compatible with JM TPO, PVC and EPDM membranes. The data sheet (RS-5643, 10-25) prints a minimum thickness of 90 mils with scrim, a VOC of 2 g/l, 0.5 and 1.0 gallon packages, and a CRRC initial reflectance of 0.87 (0.79 weathered). It lists a system-dependent guarantee of up to 20 years.
