JM SP Liquid Flashing Metal and Wood Primer is a two-component, polyurethane-based, cold-applied primer for prepared metal and wood substrates that meet JM single-ply membranes in the JM SP Liquid Flashing system. The data sheet (RS-5642, 9-23) gives a VOC of 3 g/l as applied and 0.25 gallon workpacks.
