JM Single Ply Membrane Primer (Low VOC) is a one-part, low-VOC, synthetic polymer- based primer for JM EPDM and TPO membrane surfaces before peel-and-stick products are applied, and for single-ply liquid flashing products in EPDM applications. The data sheet (RS-3062, 9-23) gives a maximum VOC under 250 g/l (EPA Method 24), 3 gallon pails, application above 40 degrees F, and says it is not to be installed in direct contact with asphalt or coal tar pitch.
