JM PVC FB is a reinforced thermoplastic PVC membrane made with Elvaloy KEE polymer and a polyester scrim, backed by a 3.8 oz spunbond polyester fleece; it may be adhered in hot asphalt and used as a cap sheet in BUR and SBS systems. Its data sheets cover 60 mil (RS-8925), 60 mil MIN (RS-9427) and 80 mil (RS-8927) versions, each stated to meet ASTM D4434 Type III and made in Pawtucket, Rhode Island and Lancaster, South Carolina; colours include white and charcoal. White has an initial solar reflectance index of 108. The data sheets list Peak Advantage guarantees of up to 25 years (60 mil) and up to 30 years (80 mil) in most JM PVC systems.
