JM PMMA Primer All-Purpose is a translucent liquid-applied primer that, combined with JM PMMA Catalyst, primes membrane, cement board, concrete, masonry, wood and asphalt surfaces for the JM PMMA system. The data sheet (RS-5620, 9-23) gives a VOC of 2.6 g/l, 10 kg pails, a minimum smooth-surface rate of 0.4 kg per square metre, and application between 37 and 95 degrees F.
