JM PMMA Flashing Resin is one part of a two-part elastomeric liquid-applied flashing that, combined with JM PMMA Catalyst and JM PMMA Scrim, forms a self-reinforced flashing membrane for penetrations, drains and vertical surfaces with JM BUR and SBS membranes. The data sheet (RS-5611, 9-21) gives a VOC of 4.2 g/l, white or grey colours, 12 kg pails covering about 43 square feet, and summer and winter grades for different application temperatures. It lists a system-dependent guarantee of up to 20 years.
