JM One-Step Foamable Adhesive is a two-component, solvent-free polyurethane adhesive applied in beads to attach insulation or cover boards to the roof deck or to other insulation boards, with boards of 4 by 4 feet or smaller. The data sheet (RS-7374, 4-24) gives a VOC of 18 g/l as applied after mixing, application from 0 degrees F and rising, and cases of 4 cartridges with 6 mixing tips. Its codes and approvals section refers to the UL directory for insulation adhesive for roofing systems as to external fire exposure.
