JM Membrane Bonding Adhesive is a one-part, yellow, synthetic polymer-based contact adhesive applied to both sides for adhering JM TPO and EPDM membranes to approved substrates; it is not for fleece-backed membranes. The data sheet (RS-7845, 5-26) prints a VOC of 660 g/l (EPA Method 24), 5 gallon pails and a two-sided coverage of 50 to 90 square feet per gallon. A low-VOC version, JM LVOC Membrane Adhesive (TPO and EPDM), has its own data sheet (RS-7833, 5-26) with a VOC under 250 g/l, and a TPO-only version compliant with SCAQMD Rule 1168, JM TPO 1168 Membrane Adhesive, has its own data sheet (RS-8968, 5-26).
