JM EPDM Water Based Membrane Adhesive is a one-part, water-based adhesive for adhering JM EPDM membrane to approved roofing substrates, applied one-sided on horizontal surfaces and two-sided on vertical surfaces. The data sheet (RS-3001, 2-25) gives a calculated VOC under 250 g/l, 5 gallon pails, application above 40 degrees F and rising for 48 hours, and says availability is limited from October 1 to April 15.
