JM EPDM Reinforced FIT is a scrim-reinforced EPDM roofing membrane supplied with factory inseam tape. Its data sheets cover a 60 mil version (RS-3097) and one- sided pre-taped mechanically fastened 60 mil (RS-3109) and 75 mil (RS-3110) versions, each extruded in Milan, Ohio; the 60 mil sheets are stated to meet ASTM D4637 Type II, with 0.026 inch over the scrim on the 60 mil version. They list Peak Advantage guarantees of up to 25 years (60 mil), 20 years (60 mil MF) and 30 years (75 mil MF).
