JM EPDM NR FIT is a fully extruded, non-reinforced EPDM roofing membrane supplied with factory inseam tape along one side. Its data sheets cover 45 mil (RS-3099), 60 mil (RS-3056) and 90 mil (RS-3064) versions, each stated to meet ASTM D4637 Type I, with the membrane extruded in Milan, Ohio. They list Peak Advantage guarantees in most JM EPDM systems of up to 15 years (45 mil), 25 years (60 mil) and 30 years (90 mil).
