JM EPDM FIT SA is a 60-mil self-adhered EPDM membrane with a 3-inch factory inseam tape on one side, installed without VOC-containing adhesives or primers. The data sheet (RS-1768, 7-26) says it bonds from 20 degrees F and rising on approved horizontal substrates, meets or exceeds ASTM D4637 Type 1, is extruded in Milan, Ohio, ships in 10 by 100 foot rolls, has an 18-month shelf life, and gives a reflectivity of 0.06 and emissivity of 0.88. It lists a Peak Advantage product guarantee of up to 25 years.
