JM Coating Universal Base is a blue, water-borne base coat formulated for use with JM Coatings, applied to create a smooth, fully adhered substrate and help prevent bleed-through before a JM top coat. The data sheet (RS-2383, 6-19) lists 5 gallon containers, a 12-month shelf life, application at 55 degrees F and rising, and tensile strength and elongation tested to ASTM D2370.
