JM Coating Single Ply Primer is a one-part, solvent-based, blue adhesion promoter applied to aged single-ply surfaces before JM acrylic or silicone roof coatings. The data sheet (RS-2389, 6-19) lists ASTM D6694, 10 percent solids by weight, a VOC under 99 g/l, a coverage rate of 0.25 gallon per square and 5 gallon pails, with a one-year shelf life.
