JM Coating Silicone is a one-part, high-solids silicone roof coating for use over built-up, modified bitumen, and aged mechanically attached or adhered TPO and EPDM membranes. The data sheet (RS-2381, 6-19) says it meets ASTM D6694, lists white, with an initial solar reflectance index of 114 (94 after 3 years), 5 gallon containers, a 12-month shelf life, and application at 40 degrees F and rising.
