JM Coating Acrylic is a one-part acrylic elastomeric roof coating used as a reflective top coat over built-up, modified bitumen, or mechanically attached or adhered aged TPO or PVC membranes. The data sheet (RS-2384, 6-19) says it exceeds the requirements of ASTM D6083, lists white only, with an initial solar reflectance index of 110 (92 after 3 years), 5 gallon containers, a 12-month shelf life, and application at 55 degrees F and rising.
