JM Coating Acrylic CR is a one-part, white acrylic elastomeric roof coating used as a reflective top coat over built-up and modified bitumen roofs and over aged, mechanically attached or adhered TPO or PVC membranes; TPO and PVC need JM Coating Single Ply Primer first. The data sheet (RS-2385, 7-25) says it is tested to ASTM D6083, gives 54 percent solids by volume, and prints an initial solar reflectance index of 114 for a smooth surface (96 after 3 years). It ships in 5 gallon pails and the data sheet says it can be used to comply with 2016 Title 24 Part 6 cool roof requirements.
