JM CleanBond Cap is a self-adhering, fiber glass-reinforced, fire-retardant SBS modified bitumen mineral-surfaced cap sheet. The data sheet (RS-4801, 3-21) says it meets ASTM D6163 Type I Grade G and prints a thickness of 157 mil and a roll about 1 m wide by 10 m long covering 95.8 square feet at 107 lb, made in South Gate, California, in white and shakewood tan; the standard white granule has an initial solar reflectance index of 29 (26 aged). It lists a Peak Advantage guarantee of up to 25 years in most 2 to 5 ply JM SBS systems.
