JM CleanBond Cap Flashing is a self-adhering SBS modified bitumen cap flashing sheet with a 170 g per square metre polyester mat and ceramic-coated roofing granules. The data sheet (RS-4849, 3-21) prints a thickness of 150 mil and a 72 lb roll 26 feet 3 inches long covering 75 square feet, made in South Gate, California. It lists a Peak Advantage guarantee of up to 25 years in most 2 to 5 ply JM SBS systems.
