JM CleanBond Base is a fiber glass-reinforced, fire-retardant SBS modified bitumen base sheet that is self-adhering on both sides. The data sheet (RS-4800, 3-21) says it meets ASTM D4601, prints a thickness of 70 mil, a 12-month shelf life, and a roll about 1 m wide by 20 m long covering 200 square feet at 88 lb, made in South Gate, California. It lists a Peak Advantage guarantee of up to 25 years in most 2 to 5 ply JM SBS systems.
