JM CleanBond Base Flashing is a polyester-reinforced SBS modified bitumen base flashing sheet that is self-adhering on both sides, used with JM CleanBond Cap Flashing, which must cover it within 48 hours of sun exposure. The data sheet (RS-4848, 3-21) prints a thickness of 70 mil and an 88 lb roll covering 95.8 square feet, made in South Gate, California. It lists a Peak Advantage guarantee of up to 25 years in most 2 to 5 ply JM SBS systems.
