GlasBase Plus is a fiber glass-reinforced, lightly SBS-modified bitumen base or ply sheet with a fine mineral parting agent, intended as a base sheet in built-up roofing or as a base or intermediate ply in modified bitumen systems. The data sheet (RS-2023, 9-22) says it meets ASTM D4601 Type II and prints a 36 inch by 106 foot roll covering 319 square feet at 85 lb, produced in South Gate, California. It lists a system-dependent Peak Advantage guarantee of up to 30 years.
