ENRGY 3 is a closed-cell polyisocyanurate roof insulation board with glass- reinforced facers, sold flat (4 by 4 and 4 by 8 foot) and tapered (4 by 4 foot). The data sheet (RS-5137) says ENRGY 3 and Tapered ENRGY 3 meet ASTM C1289 Type II Class 1 Grade 2 (20 psi), with 25 psi versions at Grade 3, and also meets CAN/ULC 704 Type 2 and 3 Class 3; it refers to FM 4450/4470 approvals and UL 790, 263 and 1256 listings in the FM and UL directories, prints long-term thermal resistance (LTTR) values by thickness, and lists production in Bremen, Indiana, Cornwall, Ontario and Fernley, Nevada.
