DynaWeld Cap 180 is a polyester and glass scrim-reinforced SBS modified bitumen cap or flashing sheet surfaced with ceramic-coated granules, installed by heat welding. The data sheet (RS-4245, 3-21) says it meets ASTM D6164 Type I Grade G, prints a thickness of 157 mil, and a roll about 1 m wide by 10 m long covering 95.8 square feet at 105 lb, made in South Gate, California, Macon, Georgia and Plattsburgh, New York. Colours are white and black; the standard white granule has a printed solar reflectance index of 25. It lists a Peak Advantage guarantee of up to 30 years in most 2 to 5 ply JM SBS systems.
