DynaWeld 180 S is a glass scrim and polyester-reinforced SBS modified bitumen base or ply sheet installed by heat welding, and may be used as a backer ply in two-ply flashing systems. The data sheet (RS-4293, 2-21) says it meets ASTM D6164 Type I Grade S, prints a thickness of 118 mil, and a roll about 1 m wide by 10 m long covering 95.8 square feet at 86 lb, made in Macon, South Gate and Plattsburgh. It lists a Peak Advantage guarantee of up to 30 years in most 2 to 5 ply JM SBS systems.
