DynaGlas is a fiberglass-reinforced, SBS modified bitumen, mineral-surfaced cap sheet with ceramic-coated granules, used in multi-ply JM SBS systems and installed in Type IV asphalt or an approved JM adhesive, with laps that may be heat welded. The data sheet (RS-4103, 3-21) says it meets ASTM D6163 Type I Grade G, prints a 102 lb roll covering 95.8 square feet, colours of black and white, a white-granule solar reflectance index of 29 (26 aged), and production in South Gate, California, Macon, Georgia and Plattsburgh, New York. It lists a Peak Advantage guarantee of up to 30 years in most 2 to 5 ply JM SBS systems.
