DynaClad Copper is a fiber glass-reinforced SBS modified bitumen cap or flashing sheet surfaced with copper foil, installed in Type IV asphalt, an approved JM adhesive or by heat welding. The data sheet (RS-4159, 9-23) says it meets or exceeds ASTM D6298, prints a thickness of 145 mil and a 100 lb roll 32 feet 10 inches long covering 95.8 square feet, and gives an initial solar reflectance index of 91. It lists a Peak Advantage guarantee of up to 30 years in most 2 to 5 ply JM SBS systems.
