1-Part PermaFlash is a one-component, brown, elastomeric liquid-applied flashing material made of an asphalt/polyurethane resin, used with JM PermaFlash Scrim and bituminous membrane products. The data sheet (RS-3115, 1-22) gives a VOC of 225 g/l, 5 gallon pails and boxes of two 1 gallon containers, and a coverage of 50 square feet per gallon per layer. It lists a system-dependent guarantee of up to 20 years.
