RC 2250 is a solvent-based SEBS thermoplastic rubber flashing compound for sealing fasteners, laps and penetrations on metal, aged EPDM and TPO, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, concrete and new spray foam roofs. Its technical data sheet lists 56 percent solids by weight and 50 percent by volume, 638 percent elongation (ASTM D2370), 705 psi tensile strength (ASTM D412) and VOC under 550 g/L, in white or gray, and states it must be top coated in all warranty applications.
