RC 2000 is a solvent-based SEBS thermoplastic rubber roof coating aimed at corrosion control on metal roofs and also approved over aged EPDM and TPO, smooth BUR, smooth and granulated modified bitumen, concrete and new spray polyurethane foam. Its technical data sheet lists 57 percent solids by weight and 45 percent by volume, 700 percent elongation, 1,100 psi tensile strength, VOC under 550 g/L and, for white only, an initial solar reflectance of 0.84 and SRI of 105. The typical minimum application is two coats at 24 wet mils each, and the sheet warns against ponding-water areas and application over existing silicone. Standard colours are white, tan and gray, with forest green, french press and tile red listed on the product page as lead time colours.
