AldoThane 385 is a single-component, moisture-cure polyurethane mastic for sealing roof penetrations, curbs, seams and other leak points on metal, aged single-ply, BUR, modified bitumen, concrete and new spray foam roofs. Its technical data sheet lists 79 percent solids by weight, 260 percent elongation (ASTM D2370), 705 psi tensile strength (ASTM D412), VOC under 234 g/L and a six-month shelf life, in an aluminum-gray colour, and asks for top coats within 48 hours of the base coat.
